Isle of Bute Day Trip

     During the summer months, I went on a day trip to the Isle of Bute. Getting there is easy if you live in Glasgow. I took the train to Wemyss Bay and then the ferry to Rothesay and in less than 2 hours I reached the beautiful Isle of Bute. There I saw Rothesay Castle, took the forest walk to Ardencraig Gardens and hopped on the tour bus to meet the locals. Afterwards, I quickly found the local bookshop and with a new book in hand, I went to enjoy the views of sunny Rothesay. Here are some of the photos of the places  I've visited.
